Frampton Cotterell C of E Primary School

2017 3rd best performing school in South Glos. with 88% of children reaching the expected standards in reading, writing and maths at Key Stage 2! Well done to all the pupils, parents and staff for such a fantastic effort!

Welcome to Frampton Cotterell C of E Primary School, set in the village of Frampton Cotterell on the outskirts of Bristol.

As a Church of England school we have a strong Christian ethos, which underpins school life. We have developed close links with St. Peter’s Parish Church, joining them for their Sunday praise service on special occasions.

There are currently 300 children on roll, organised into 11 classes. We set high expectations for pupils and are committed to helping them flourish academically, socially, emotionally, spiritually and creatively. We provide a broad curriculum with a wide range of extra curricular clubs and enrichment activities.

Our committed team of staff provide excellent pastoral support with all children valued as individuals. Pupils are encouraged to be active participants in our school community. At FCCE, everyone’s contribution is recognised and appreciated.

We strive to work closely with parents, many of whom come into school regularly to help in class.
